Smoke Alarms

I'm needing a couple of smoke alarms for my condo - does anyone know of a shop that sells them - I've been to Lotus and there was no luck there.

Also, what sort of price are we looking at?

Three places I'd suggest looking are Home Pro - part of the big Carefour building on the Superhighway, Central in Kad Suan Kaew or the electrical shop on Wualai road, Right hand side about 200 metres from the moat.

Asia Electric, across from the Novotel on Chotana has them. So does Home Pro.

Good guess, I'm buying 2 alarms: 1 for my condo and one for the hall outside. The first we knew there was a problem we got outside and the fire brigade and papers were there already! The fire was only 2 floors above - directly above us.

I'm above the fire but something woke me to the smell of smoke, I was out before the fire brigade arrived.
