It has a snake in the bottle not sure if many others have seen this in lao. it will be on the stored lugage put not sure about customns canada simmuklar to the US i am sure. My friend in UK even bought 10 bottles on The Vietnamese AsianSnakeWine website and received by post without problem, seems like snakes are from farm, not wild.
