Tywais Posted May 23, 2012 Share Posted May 23, 2012 90 Day Reporting For 90 Day Online Reporting, see post #3 for details _________________________________________________________________________ Time frame for submitting TM47: In person - you can submit up to 15 days before and 7 days after reporting date expiration. The expiration date counts as one day. Online - 7 to 15 day window before expiration. See image for example window in post #3 Mail in - 15 days before with no late window allowed. Photocopy the following documents:Passport Copies - all pages signed Passport page with photo Date of Arrival (Last Entry Stamp) Permit to Stay Up Until (Last Visa Stamp or Extension) TM.6 (Arrival/Departure Card) Last receipt of Notification (Original) Completed form TM 47 NOTE: This is a CM specific form (tm47-CM 2014.doc) (tm47-CM 2014.pdf) (Also Main Immigration Download Page) There is no fee or charges of any kind for 90 day address reporting other then if you are late. Send these documents to the following address:Notify 90 DaysChiangmai Immigration71 Moo 3 Sanambin RoadT. Suthep A. MuangChiang Mai50200 ************ Thai version of the above address ************** Notify 90 Days ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 71 (ถนนสนามบิน) หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลสุเทพ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 50200 ****************************************************************** Place all the above documents inside and include another envelope that has your return address on it (Self Addressed Envelope) with a 3 Baht stamp affixed to it and send to the address above. Send by EMS from a registered post office and NOT an agent...cost 30/40 Baht. Addendum: For those wishing for more security you can either use Registered post or EMS on the SAE to track the return letter. You will receive a receipt within a few days. Keep this and a photocopy of the previous 90 day report to prove you have posted your application. That way you do not get fined for late reporting. It should be posted no later than 15 days before due date. EMS post takes 24 hours to arrive at Immigration. Failure to report in a timely fashion will result in a 2,000 Baht fine up to a maximum of 4,000 Baht.DO NOT SEND YOUR PASSPORT n.b. The 90 days is from the date the report is processed and not from the expiration of the previous 90 day report receipt. Example, if you go in 5 days before expiration then you will be stamped for your next report 90 days from that date and not from the expiration date stamped on your previous receipt. Tywais Posted April 12, 2015 Author Share Posted April 12, 2015 As there have now been reports of success of online reporting for CM including as far as being able to print the receipt it's time to start a procedure post. NOTE - You can only apply online from 7-15 days before expiration of your current 90 day report. 1. Connect to https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do a. They specify IE only but if you copy/paste the URL, not clicking on the above URL, it works. Or item b below, and then clicking on the link will work. b. Better way though is to use a User Agent for Chrome or Firefox and it will emulate IE. For FF IE Tab V2 for Chrome either User-Agent Switcher for Chrome or User Agent Swticher. Safari has the ability built in. 2. You will see the below page. On the right side scroll all the way down with the horizontal scroll bar and click on the terms agreement check box then Accept. You will see a menu which is self explanatory.
