opothai Posted January 6, 2006 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Korat i will complete the construction this year but will not retire thier or use it properly for 5 years. does any body rent thier property out to holiday makers, if they have what are the pitfalls and is it worth the hassle. it will be a large upscale, finished to european standards in about one acre of walled gardens. 1. is thier a market 2. do families generaly respect the property 3. if it was viable what other incentives could be offere to get clients any advice would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
