Naroge
Just discovered this post. Truly amazing. You really have an eye for capturing the situation at hand, and know how to get the most out of your camera. I'm waiting for your next batch. Familyonthemove
Great street shots. I've tried some street photography here - but I feel self concious and like I'm 'intruding' a bit - so they are not up to your standard. The ones that really capture the smoke and atmoshere are my favourites - not easy to do.
samuijimmy
Great street shots. I've tried some street photography here - but I feel self concious and like I'm 'intruding' a bit - so they are not up to your standard. The ones that really capture the smoke and atmoshere are my favourites - not easy to do. I would tend to agree with you about being intimidated after viewing these.... perhaps we should start a new thread for everyone else... because these would be hard to beat !!!! Here you go I started a thread for the rest of us !!! http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/607560-street-and-road-shots-anywhwere-in-thailand/ Edited December 26, 2012 by samuijimmy

Dancealot
Thank you Watutsi, as mentioned a million times.....great photos! What more can I say, but please keep us entertained by your great talent. Cheers. I am sure he is working on new material, as we speak. With every shot my mouth falls open from being enchanted and drawn into Mr. Watutsi's photo's. . I love the rawness of Watutsi's work. Minimal or no post editing at all! His skills are uncanny.

Dancealot
Earning a Bath... Real life, hard work, dirty streets, foul stench and just plain raw working conditions captured by someone who understands these workers i intrinsically respect. Well done. Popular Post watutsi
Something different - i used the double exposure function on my camera [XE1] to try and capture the movement and energy of the street in an other way .Originally thought i would use a tripod, but in the end i preferred the hand held look. In a couple of pictures i have mixed a single frame with a double exposure to give the movement something to balance against, but the other 4 pictures are as they came out the camera . the decisive moment

fimgirl
Excellent series my friend. Where you caught in the rain or pre-planned? As much as I admire your street work I think I'll give the rain theme a miss:- very much a fine weather shooter myself. LOL!
Robby nz
Great stuff all right. Not something I could do. I just haven't got the eye for that sort of situation and I never feel comfortable pointing a camera at people. I always feel its some sort of an intrusion, but that's just me I guess.
