Unis In The North?

I tried this at on the ajarn.com forum & had no luck so I'll try it here too. I want to teach at a uni in the north, & one away from the city (i.e. not really interested in cmu, payap, or cmru). I know there's a uni of sorts in Phrao district (Chiang Mai) & Naresuan Uni has a campus outside of Phayao. Does anyone have info about or contacts at places like these? I'm interested in Mae Fah Luang Uni too but I've read some pretty negative comments from former teachers. By the way, I"m 36 & have an MA (Int'l Studies from U of Washington), a TEFL cert. & about 4 years teaching experience including 2 years at a language school in Chiang Mai. Thanks.
