KHR1010
The flight is very short and inexpensive. Compared to the tedious drive it is a much better option.
draftvader
...and possibly the same cost...unless you are sharing the taxi.

Shrubbery
I seem to recall from the "Fare Charts" that some taxis have, it's around 6000 Baht to Sukhothai, so P'lok will be around the same price.

I arrived at Swampy from the UK last year, and went to buy a single flight to Phitsanulok, I then asked about my luggage, and was told I was only allowed up to 15 Kilos, I had a suitcase weighing 20 Kilos and a small case 5 kilos. But remember TIT, a different employee might have said my luggage weight was OK.
Gerald14
Forget the taxi to Philok, I have taken NOK Air for the last 2 years (45-50min) and definitely cheaper and more comfy

vijer
Hey if that doesn't work and you want to pay me I'll drive you there. Haven't been to Phitsunalok in a long time, wouldn't mind going for a day if my gas and time was paid for.

Postmaster
Boring Pitsanaluk. Have a few nights in BKK first. Probably flooded anyway up there. Enjoy a few nights of freedom first
