News_Editor Posted October 9, 2012 Share Posted October 9, 2012 Nok Mini, the commuter airline affiliated with budget carrier Nok Air, is considering three Burmese routes out of its hub in the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai, according to a report by The Bangkok Post. The airline said it will use Saab 340B turboprop aircraft capable of carrying 34 passengers for the proposed flights to Rangoon, Mandalay and Pagan. A decision on whether to go ahead with the plan will be made early next year, said Sant Sangwornrachasup, the airline’s assistant vice-president for strategic and business development.
