fcgprg
Wasn't a bad day today, ruined only by a not too exciting football game.. Both teams seemed to have left their shooting boots at home, but Newcastle were a million times better than last week. And btw, I sit dead in line with the northern goal line, and I think Reid cleared it before it crossed the line. Not a good game but 1 pt is better than none .The only down side is Wigan won at WBA . It was not a goal the lad did well to clear it before it fully crossed the line . I looked at the table after and hadn't realised Newcastle and Sunderland were still in it so deep. Much as I admire the football Wigan have been playing, I see them in the same light as QPR and Reading and would prefer that they go down instead. 1-1 draw for Sunderland last night ,it is down to this weekend if we don't beat QPR then I think it is all over fro us

citizen33
Earlier in the year the Toon came to the Liberty Stadium and made themselves rather unpopular in SW Wales by trying to kick the Swans up in the air (still the dirtiest team to visit in my opinion). In one of life's little ironies they will now hope that the said Swans can do them a big favour tonight at Wigan. Although our form is **** at the moment and our leading scorer is sidelined I think we we will do our best, but it is going to be tight.

If thats the attitude your players take onto the pitch then you are going down. Arsenal are very beatable. Norwich would have beaten them bar dodgy officials, an offside goal awarded a week later! Ofcourse you can beat them. They are doing nothing more than riding their luck

JacknDanny
Newcastle are my banker to win today. (not that that should instill any confidence ) If I am wrong and they play poorly and/or lose then I am sorry to say its over for them.
SantiSuk
Pathetic display/jammy win fcrg, but you are safe now (I do not think Arsenal will lose on Tuesday - hope you will repay the favour next Sunday but realise you have to try to get above Sunderlando!). How are you gonna survive next year? Pardew goes or half the team goes?

When we came out after half time nobody wanted to play or wanted the ball . at least we are safe . You will beat Wigan that is a sure bet.

Very poor season this year, but maybe your French recruits will settle in more next season.
Ungabunga
It was looking dodgy for a while wasnt it! Pardew is staying on apparently, not entirely sure what to make of that. This season he has shown that perhaps tactically he hasnt got that much up his sleeve - although under him there hasnt seemed to be as much drama off the pitch. Bollux, the man's a to$$er and gamblers are losers True but it does not make him a very endearing person regardless. I'm sure you are aware no ones mocking his obvious failings are you not? You just like him because he's going to roll over for Arsenal next weekend and i don't blame you for that one iota. Kinda takes the pressure off knowing they are not going to bother doesn't it!! His comments on that tell me he's an absolute tool thats brought the game into disrepute. His gambling addiction is his business.

Bollux, the man's a to$$er and gamblers are losers oh hardly, i can't stand the bloke. always comes across as really snide and arrogant when he's little reason to be. it'd be funnier if llambias sent some hired goons round to break pardew's legs like. but instead they gave him an 8-year contract.
