Set in a prime Sukhumvit location, this restaurant is part of a popular Thailand chain and has great name recognition. The 336 sqm premises is beautifully decorated in theme, seats 135 people over two floors and has a monthly rent of 210,000 Baht with a 3+3 year lease. There are 26 full time employees with a monthly payroll of 328,000 Baht. Monthly sales have averaged around 2 million Baht for the past 6 months while annual receipts run over 18 million and profit is over 4 million baht a year. The owner is looking to sell as he is divesting himself of smaller assets such as this in his portfolio and concentrating on much larger projects with his management team.
