just_Elaine
Years ago, I let a Russian woman borrow my steamer so she could make a lamb dish. I didn't ask her what it was called or for the recipe. Does anyone have any idea what that dish might have been? I am thinking about it because I just bought a lot of pomegranates. just_Elaine
Steamed lamb...? No, thanks. I'm probably a little more opened to this kind of cooking since I ate steamed beef (flank sliced with preserved veggie), steamed chicken, steamed pork, steamed pork spareribs in black bean sauce as a kid. I've never had steamed lamb though...
