Open daily form 11 a.m to 11 p.m. the restaurant has four full time employees drawing a total monthly salary of 52,000 Baht. The business has a monthly rental of 15,000 Baht with a 2 months security deposit. Although the current lease expires in 2013, it is renewed on an annual basis with the rent being paid for one year in advance. The restaurant enjoys an annual profit of 960,000 Baht and inventory, valued at 100,000 Baht is included in the sale. The current owner is selling due to business interests in Bangkok that take up the majority of his time.
