meatboy Posted March 30, 2013 Share Posted March 30, 2013 since we started to get the asia food channel 8.30pm thai time this guy is into serious meat cooking from around the world,as i am a lover of meat i have tried 3 diff.dishes,laksa chkn.curry malaysian 90% fresh ingredients this was to die for, banh-mi vietnamese minced pork and chkn.liver ect.in a baguette aroy aroy, sichuan deep fried crisy beef this again was great, my wf.enjoyed them all and easy to make,but i did leave the curry to stand for 2days as i never eat any curry made the same day. you can check his web-site for the recipes.or his show is on thurs.
