ProdigalSon
...has it closed down or relocated? I went there a week or so ago and it was empty. There was no sign in the window saying what had happened, so I was wondering if any CMTVers know what has happened to it.

In order to become a member you need to pay 1,200 baht. On top of that there is an additional charge for renting the DVD. I don't remember how much but it was overpriced IMO. I'm sure some may disagree but for the price, the selection wasn't that great either. I'd much rather leave a deposit of 1200 baht and pay a reasonable fee for the rental. One good point that I did notice was that you could reserve a movie and they would leave it on the shelf with a "Reserved" sign on it.

chingmai331
What is the value of old, even broken, CDs? I noticed that Rimping in San Sai has a box for collection of old unwanted CDs and i cannot imagine these have any value to anyone. Insights?
