Highly likely that photo was taken of the people trying to obtain exit from the Syrian bombardment of civilians in Aleppo or some other town; facilitated by the Geneva 11 negotiations. In any case they are internally displaced people who are not permitted refugee status. If your sole contribution primarily consists of Muslim bashing why not go to sites where your 'content' will be warmly welcomed and applauded.
