Why honda would release in 650cc twin if they already have 3 bikes 500cc twin? it has to be inline 4, otherwise it makes no sense. Kawasaki: 300cc twin, 650cc twin, 800/1000/1400 inline four Honda: 250cc single, 500cc twin, 600/650/1000 inline four makes sense? also note the letter F at the end of the model name , means Four cylinder I believe. The photos are of existing bikes, not the new ones. It will be a 4 cyl bike. My 500F is a parallel twin. The 'F' actually stands for 'sport cruiser'. I think I will start slowing down at Bug Wing when I pass by each day! Will Honda number 45 be a 650??? It would be nice to have a medium size ride sometimes. The new 2014 Honda CB600F is just another indication that Honda has no desire to introduce a 650cc inline-four, especially with Honda leading the race of the most efficient around 650cc twin-cylinder engine motorcycle engine.... In the contrary of what some people of some forums would like to believe, the race is now-a-days not about the best performance per cubic meter.... The race is more about owners experience, comfort and ridabilty and cost per kilometer....again Honda beast anybody in the market.... So most probably it will be a heavy bike if no miracle. Also, honda will release two bikes. Cb650 and cbr650. Naked and sport. But what i heard yesterday at ducati openning from a reliable sources, bikes will cost around 330 - 350 k which confused me a bit as i was expecting less as it makes around 11.000 usd and it is the price of a cbr600r so i am not sure how will they export it. I hope it will be cheaper than this. Besides, new cbr650 will look similar to cbr1000r inluding the location of the exhaust. Bikes will be released likw december at the motor show. It is a shame for honda not offering this bike with upside down forks. C'mon honda but swingarm looks like it is aluminum? 87 hp is morr than enough for thailand and now waiting for full specs and fingers crossed it is not heavier than 210 kgs.
