tardelli Posted August 10, 2013 Author Share Posted August 10, 2013 I'd be very surprised if you find anything like that for the price you mentioned. i need a "large garden" to make my time (i like gardening) The house quality is absolute in the second plan ; it can be a hut too ; The garden is important first. i live in a condo and bored . nothing to do in a condo than look tv or surfing all day. no pets allowed too. i know also ; i can find like that in 20-50 km outside pattaya what i want but its too far. i want a bit closer to pattaya like 5-7 km will be ok. I guess the various noticeboards around town, Friendship, Foodland etc - expect any such ads wuld be written in Thai so if you can't you'd need to bring someone who can. Driving around is the best option, or registering with a few estate agents. Also ask everyone that you meet, search forums, search internet. So you would still need another 800k for a small house. I still don't see how you can find a place with small to medium amount of land and a house within the city for less than 2mil. Around 500 m2 land ( garden) might be enough for me with a little house inside. * actually ; i would buy a land ; like 1000 m2 ; but foreigner cant buy a land in Thailand as you possibly know too ; what if i buy a land to my Thai girlfriends name and she lease me the land for 50 years on the paper legal by a lawyer in the same day we buy it ? and build a house inside. House prices ( with large garden) in pattaya very exaggerated i would never pay 7-10 million baht for a company named house in pattaya by the way its easy to buy a house in pattaya but extremely hard to sell back. thank) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
