jackr
The Fuji ones (green) are good as well mate. They are only splash-proof, but the more expensive ones have a flash and they take excellent pictures. Saying that, splash-proof ain't that good for songkran is it; you need nuclear-proof. raro
I saw at Tukcom in Pattaya something called Dicapac. It's some sort of plastic bag with a watertight seal that protects the camera from getting wet. They said it's good also for diving but I don't want to find out the hard way that it isn't...has anyone used it before?

Those kodak ones are "almost" nuke proof!! I've used them diving in Fiji.I think they are waterproof to about 50 foot. it's a pity CM isn't near a good beach.Do you think being inland and 1000' above sea level might havs some thing to do with it?
