If it's missing and the booze doesn't taste right ... I bought a bottle of glemorangie at the Phuket duty free once and turned out someone had repalced the contents with some cheap scotch. That bottle was missing the seal. I always check the bottle inside the can now! I think you're only allowed 2 liters.
