Hideout Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 I'm renewing mine next week and my company advised the following is needed; - renew my alien certificate (I'll get the 5 year one this time), - forms TM 13 and TM 22, - 3 photos - passport, - certificate of residence, - alien certificate. Arkady Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 You can fill in these forms online on Immigration's website and print them out. Since they are a little bit confusing, I keep photocopies so I can fill them in quickly without having puzzle them out every year.
