It is my understanding that they just started selling 1 rai plots of land for 1.2M Baht. If you have more information, please post or PM me. It's been drought for the past few years and the floods haven’t been as high as they can get. To send the information in regular mail would have cost 800 Baht. The person that mailed the information said he sent it the cheapest way (80 Baht.)
