webfact Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Siam Commercial Bank To Temporarily Close ATM System on Nov 9th File photo BANGKOK: - Siam Commercial Bank has announced that its nationwide ATM system will be temporarily closed on Nov 9th for a period of 6 hours due to a scheduled upgrade. The upgrade will begin on Saturday evening, meaning that the SCB ATM system will be temporarily closed between 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2013 and 5.00 a.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2013. The upgrade aims to improve the ability of the SCB ATM system to deal with the growing number of customer transactions. During the upgrade period, the number of services which will be temporarily unavailable are as follows: 1. Customers will not be able to use SCB ATM / Debit / Speedy / MCMC Prompt cards at all SCB outlets and at all other bank ATM machines. 2. SCB Credit Cards will also be unusable for cash advances at all SCB outlets and other bank ATM machines. 3.
