Lite Beer Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 Heavy rain causes flood in Prachuab Khiri KhanPrachuab Khiri Khan's Muang district is flooded Sunday morning as a result of heavy rainfall continuing for a day and a half.Prachuap Khiri Khan governor Veera Sriwattanatraku is mobilising officers to handle the situation.
