Time it takes mail to come from the United States to Thailand

I moved to Ao Nang from Seattle a month or so ago. My sister mailed me a package of my mail on December 5 - it is now the 16th. She mailed it to my correct address here in Ao Nang - is it typical for mail to take that long? She sent it regular post, not express mail. Though the bungalow I am renting doesn't have a mailbox, the rental agent assured me I should be able to get mail delivered here. Is it possible it is being held at the Ao Nang Post Office? Many thanks in advance for any replies.

My experience has been 7 to 10 days for regular mail from the U.S.

You may want to check with your local post office as they may well be holding the mail. Nothing to lose.

Yes, 10 days, give or take.

Less than 10, a pleasant surprise. Up to 14 days, not unusual. More than 2 weeks, '<deleted>? time'.

Look ... I use to live in Santa Cruz California - I sent a birthday card to a friend's wife in San Jose (about 15 kilometers). It took 2-months.

You need it quick - use FedEx, no problema....

Maybe caught up in the christmas mail.. I sent something from the UK on the same day and hasn't arrived.
