No need for all those mini condos Amazon, Parklane , Laguna and all their many sister projects ....no intrest at all or anyeven low price ..! As always , even the m2 for the walls are calculated with , as in Thailand the expression "build on " m2 is used , so even the place where the water pipes are located too (1/4 m2 usual , but 56 m2 with too many seats and position from photographer could be reason it look cramped ( and the renters things all around ....gives this impression too , as 56 is not small condo . Lived a few years past at jomt. Paradise ,and liked it even when at Farr end , some people find it too far , I did not mind it as quite atmosphere , only most baht busses stop at chayapruk crossing to turn ,but another 10/ 20 baht make them go further .. Room looks a little bit cramped as the renters things are all over the place and yes... Photographs taken from within rooms. After tenant vacating premises, New pictures will be taken and posted here.
