M/entry visa needed

I recently visited Thailand recently and i am thinking of going there for perhaps on a yearly basis. My tourism visa (single entry) for 90 days will be expired in May. I have a Fiji passport and I wish to apply for a mutiple entry visa as i do not favour applying all the time.

Pls advise what are the qualifications?

Ps: my visit intention is for holidaying purpose only.

Fiji is under Australian jurisdiction regarding Thai visas.

Send your application and passport to the Thai consulate in Brisbane, Australia

I think the fee is AUS 65 + DHL return another AUS 50

Another way is International Registered post at around 15 bucks. That gives you a One year multiple entry visa.

I have another question though.

I have a friend who is a flight attendant and needs his passport daily. As he has just turn-around flights in Aussie, is there any other place where he can apply for a tourist visa?. He has many overnights in L.A, Narita, Vancouver and Honolulu. If he submits his passport to the Thai embassy in Australia, it will probably take 2 weeks. Is there any way he can minimize the time for application? or does he have no choice?
