ripstanley
Drove to Chaing Rai yesterday. I noticed that south of the Chiang Mai turnoff there is half of a pedestrian overpass sitting on the median strip. It is in tack. It appears to have been place there. Did they find cracks as a result of the earthquake. They were also doing repairs to the bridge just south of the intersection One lane was closed

T_Dog
This might be relevant to Chiang Rai's shallow earthquakes, especially in light of the lake legends. http://news.yahoo.com/gas-charged-earthquakes-linked-mysterious-louisiana-sinkhole-171737733.html

T_Dog
Felt some of these in Mae Taeng yesterday. Pretty big shakes and they don't even make the news anymore. http://www.seismology.tmd.go.th/en/local.php?pageNum_thaievent=0&totalRows_thaievent=1991
Rotweiler
Quick update - back from Mae Suay. This morning's shakkin's caused minor damage in Mae Suay Township. Our cousin's house has some new cracks and several roof tiles were dislodged. No one injured in the area that they knew about, and very little damage.
