At the street behind the Regional Hospital, between the Thanon Sanam Bin and the Thanon Paholyotin. He calls it Lalee Yoga. Stretching and meditation. Not very serious, but relaxing and pleasant as I am told. I think you will find more information at the reception of the hotel. Good luck!
