samuiseagull
So, the three year seperation has come and gone. There is no chance of a reconciliation and Divorce is the only option. There has been no contact whatsoever for this period between both parties despite both knowing exactly where one another is residing and contact details staying the same. I am just asking now then, what is the procedure for the person who is wanting the Divorce ? It is clear that one party is unwilling / not bothered about helping the other obtain the Divorce. What is the procedure required for the person wanting to get Divorced ? Also, the timescales involved AND legal expenses that will be incurred, if any ? The person unwilling / not bothered regarding the Divorce.....will they be notified as to whether the other party is commencing any form of legal proceedings to obtain their Divorce? Any comments / advice would be greatly appreciated and just to confirm again that there is no chance of reconciliation here.
