Good to see some people have some sense.

The Isuzu Vertex is a good buy, same year Honda Civic [same car] is a lot more expensive...... eg: 98-99 Vtec 1600 Vertex cost about 80 -100K same year/ engine Civic 160 -180 k

Was same in UK the Rover 416 was also a Honda Civic

Thank u Ignis ; it's a Honda thumbsup.gif

I'm living since nearly eight years in Thailand and I saw a few Isuzu cars, maybe two or three ..

Don't forget that Isuzu is the fist diesel engine manufacturing company in the world

1st light weight diesel engines for vehicles yes, but NOT the 1st diesel engine was produced long before Isuzu by German 'Rudolf Diesel' in 1892

^^ Is it Cadillac based or does it resemble another marque.

FG...The best way to tell makes & models of old cars is by the hood ornaments.

The one on this car looks like a Cadi hood ornament but that really says very

little out here. I did a search on Google and came up with the below listed

websites. One in particular has an uncanny resemblance to your photo and

it's a 1937, 16 cyl roadster. That link is listed first....

Hope this helps...

Perhaps you can fire a pic off to the websites listed and receive a reply?

Hope this helps.

FG...two more links on what could be that car...

If the car in your pic is a real "Swiss Roadster" it's a shame

it's promoting a bar because it should be in a museum under

guard as they're worth huge $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Even if it's just the body.

Not same car.

It is a Plymouth Valiant which was assembled in Australia and the name changed to Chrysler Valiant.

Most Australians my age would have sat in a Valiant at some time in their life.

Thanks. I am from Canada and owned a Valiant at one time (don't tell anybody !)

Looks close to the green one tho' - hence my post.

Thought maybe same car but different year or sumtin'
