brianP Posted June 29, 2014 Share Posted June 29, 2014 I remember when the California private property owners closed the beach access trails, as a surfer i was shut out of good waves. The state formed a coastal commission and opened these up and found many of these land owners were poaching on public land and they were forced to demolish these oversights. It's been stated Nikki Breach is on private land. However they are violating height restrictions, but no one is addressing that issue, including building over 80 meters and on steep grades.
