Ijustwannateach
I don't think we've done this poll here before, so let's try it out. You can make comments or not, as you like. What kind of subject do you teach in Thailand? If you teach more than one, choose the one in which you teach the most hours. "Steven"

PeaceBlondie
In Thailand, I've mostly taught TEFL, although for one year, I also taught mathematics. In the past, I've taught aviation physiology, income tax law, and civil disobedience and non-violent protest. My major academic fields were religion and accounting. wangsuda
I teach world literature to M1-3 students. Basically, I am teaching exactly what I taught in America, but with fewer contact hours. I love it!
Scott
You left out the category for people in administration, but not teaching (except for substitution etc.)., I voted using the last subject matter I taught.
Ijustwannateach
True, but in this poll I'm really more interested in subject breakdown of teachers, less interested in non-teaching educational jobs. Thanks for letting us know there are some of you out there, though!
Thaiboxer
I teach TEFL style English to adults; mainly uni students and working people although there are some upper level high school kids in there as well. It pays less than teaching kids, but there are virtually no stress/disciplinary problems so it's a great job. PeaceBlondie
Yes, but my dial-up connections are so bad it took me about ten minutes to add the option to the poll. At times, the internet rushes past my house like a Ferrari being pushed by an ant.

Tywais
My primary role is researcher (physics) but also am an invited lecturer to graduate (Master/PhD) courses. Used to teach a full semester (special winter session in Nuclear Instrumentation) each year but my research work has grown significantly. Would have to say teach computers (programming methods) and electronics for applied physics more specificially. So, don't know if this counts.
