Runners who wanted to choose their bib numbers could do so for a small fee, with money raised going to charities that support education.Source: http://www.thephuketnews.com/1-000-join-phuket%E2%80%99s-first-international-night-run-49468.php-- Phuket News 2014-11-
Bob12345
I live on Phuket and run regularly but I missed this event completely. Guess they mostly aimed it at Thais and not foreigners. At least it sounds like a big success: more participants than expected, raising money for charity, and some silly stuff like a fancy dress award for laughs. Hope more events like this will follow in the future!
ALLSEEINGEYE
Is this the only way people feel it is safe to go running without fear of getting raped?
