I have the booking codes, but they have never charged my credit card and never sent an email confirmation. Tried the Customer Login section of their website however it does not load. Also tried to email them with no success. I will attempt to call them tomorrow. Has anyone made any bookings with them recently through their website? phuketrichard Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 if u got no confirmation it didn't go thru did they gave u a booking number? if so go to the site an search for bookings made.
