Maybe these guys can put their efforts into closing down ISIIL money trail, or, better yet give them a job here arresting all of the tax frauds here, police, government officals, shop owners, drug and gun runners. Thai police can ID in Patong at a bar restaurant at night but they can't ID killers of tourist or robbers, I guess they all look the same. Why have CCTV when all you need is a photocopy of someone. The only guy I knew personally who got nailed in the US did 10 years in a federal minimum security prison. (Max. security is for dangerous offenders.) Didn't they nail Al Capone for that eventually ? Yes Al Capone was only got and sentenced for tax fraud for all the other crimes not enough evidence.
