tutsiwarrior Posted November 11, 2014 Share Posted November 11, 2014 most packaged citrus juices in Thailand have 'pulp'...horrible stuff, I use a strainer like suggested above to mix with vodka and soda...just a splash, but the pulp ruins it... xen Posted November 11, 2014 Share Posted November 11, 2014 For years i was told that the pulp in orange juice is actually agar agar - a seaweed or algae derived substance often used in other food products as both a preservative and a bulker or thickener .
