"The police suspect many people who are responsible for Mr. Anan’s death..."

Gang up on someone are they saying? Or do they have many suspects to sort through? They suspect many people who are responsible... Are responsible or are suspects?

I don't mean to be pedantic, but sometimes I can't understand these articles.

I'm guessing that alcohol was a prime factor. sad.png

Indeed seeing as they were 'drinking'.....good work Sherlock....Do you think a woman was involved in the dispute too?

I'm only guessing - 'many people' means more than one.

Only for bemusement, journalism is not done for understanding.

It probably means that they are waiting to see who they can "fit" to the crime.

Sounds like the persons involved were out of tune...

555, after all it was only a Thai that was murdered, so let's have some fun!

Not the same when 2 farangs are murdered, then you write dozens of extremely agressive posts against all Thai.

Hypocrisy? No, of course not.
