Kerryd
Can't connect using Chrome or IE 11 (True internet). Tried my old link, the link from this thread and directly from the Immigration website - no luck at all. Wasn't aware the office would be closed from the 5th to the 9th (and of course my 90 day was due on the 5th) until I went there. It shouldn't be a problem though as they were closed for holidays when my report was due.

SFO2BKK
Does anyone have any tips on how to actually get the website to work and the report filed on line? I have been trying for hours (yesterday afternoon, evening, late at night, this morning) and the furthest I've gotten is the first page completed and submitted only to get a blank screen. It is so slow and frustrating and I am starting to think it would take fewer hours to make the trip to Chaengwattana! Also, the first page comes up in Safari and in Chrome as well as in IE. Can it be submitted in any or only in IE? Thanks in advance for any advice. Cheers.
KhunBENQ
Either use IE or Firefox/Chrome with "IE Tab" extension. Blank screen: disable popup blocker for the site. )blank screen is actually a good sign as it could mean that your personal details have been found/matched) FF: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/ie-tab-2-ff-36/ Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ie-tab/hehijbfgiekmjfkfjpbkbammjbdenadd?hl=de Copy/paste from another of my posts: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So is it the first time you try online report? My usual checklist: Just a reminder for entering data on first page: time frame observed: two weeks to one week before due date? (as explained on the help site) ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (is done automatically) only fill fields marked with * (even leave given and middle name empty) observe date order: day / month / year (not US format) and/or use calendar widget nationality from drop down (results in English followed by Thai script), for US: AMERICAN/อเมริกัน, UK: BRITISH/บริติช One of the worst behaviors of this site: all kinds of errors result in this same generic error message without any hint/reason explained. Very poor. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you manage to get to the site with address details you also have to use dropdown lists for province/district/subdistrict. SFO2BKK
Thank you SO MUCH! Yes, it was my first time as I usually leave the country for work and don't stay for 90 days. My problem turned out to be not using the drop down menu for my nationality. As soon as I did that, it worked perfectly and I was able to submit it successfully in minutes. The second page allowed me to type in my information much faster than the first one for whatever reason. I was able to file in Safari without an IE extension, so I think that requirement may no longer be necessary. Thanks again! You are a godsend! Either use IE or Firefox/Chrome with "IE Tab" extension. thaikahuna
UPDATE: I Just went to do my 90 days report. Last 2 reports were done on line with no issue. I recently got a new passport and transferred my visa to the new book. Everything updated fine EXCEPT 90 days reporting. Seems the left hand is not talking to the right hand. In order to use the online 90 day report you must leave the country and return...or trot your happy ass to immigration every 90 days. Side note regarding the bruhaha over a new form asking for all kinds of personal data. I filled out no such form and saw no one else filling anything extra either. I have mentioned getting a new passport requires a new entry to do online reports. The database is from entries and a immigration office cannot access it to do changes.I have the same problem but have not bothered to do a border hop for a new entry. I seem to remember a prob. with this last time. AA I don't know if it is working today, but for nationality you MUST use the drop down menu, because it comes up in English and in Thai and it won't accept it any other way. That was why I couldn't get my report to file last week. As soon as I used the drop down menu, bingo, it worked.
KhunBENQ
As written in above post: dropdown! All else fails. You can start typing "AUSTR" and then select the correct entry: Edited May 13, 2016 by KhunBENQ

TallGuyJohninBKK
I can beat that today, amazingly... I did my online reporting to BKK this afternoon about 2 pm, and got an email back within one hour confirming acceptance of my report and giving me the sheet for the next reporting date. In the past for BKK, I've had several day turnarounds, and sometimes up to one week. But I've never seen/had one hour before. BTW, used IE browser and everything went smoothly, after ignoring all the invalid certificate warnings from Immigration's website.
stereolab
Got up early and submitted my latest online 90 day report through the Nong Khai office. Site working very well, took about 4 minutes, checking every entry carefully, used the dropdown boxes, as appropriate. Wait now for the approved e-mail. KhunBENQ
Wait now for the approved e-mail. I got at least one approval with the email missing. Best you do a daily check in the evening (status). You don't need a long reference number just use the tab for name and passport number.
