Eclipse
They can't even get the online reporting to work so there is no point adding anything else. Works fine for me. Yes it does work for the lucky few.
ubonjoe
We are trying to do our 90 day reporting on Line but having issues with the form coming up as an error. We have done this before successfully but not today. Anybody else having same issue? Might it be we have a new windows 10? What are you using for your browser? If using edge you need to click on settings and select internet explorer that will be shown on the menu.

Zyxel
Couldn't pass the first page today and now the site is down with IE message: Failure of Web Server bridge:No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
Crip
Same issue here, site down. Bad timing for me. My third attempt in the past year where site has been down. At this point they should be thinking about getting qualified IT assistance. They obviously cannot build the extra-net alone. Nothing wrong with asking for help if you cant do something. Bryman
We got into it via Microsoft edge. Search for Thai immigration Open, then system tools Scroll to open in internet explorer it will open again. Use that way. It worked for us

The extra net is still down this morning. Just tried 90 day reporting and reporting for hotels using IE tab and both are not working. Getting the bridge failure message for both. hyperdimension
Have they installed a proper SSL certificate yet for the site? Let's Encrypt has been offering free SSL certificates for some time now. Zyxel
Just bumping: It's back online. Checked at 16:06 Yes back on line but I cannot pass the first page after a verified CAPTCHA, I get a message telling me to contact immigration, like before it went down. I did 5 successful reportings before and I did not leave the country since the last one so everything is the same this time. I also tried to fill up only the mandatory fields but still no success. I use IE. A friend of mine is having exactly the same problem. Anybody else having this problem?
