Online 90 day reporting available from April 1st

Recommended Posts

We are trying to do our 90 day reporting on Line but having issues with the form coming up as an error. We have done this before successfully but not today.

Anybody else having same issue?

Might it be we have a new windows 10?

What are you using for your browser? If using edge you need to click on settings and select internet explorer that will be shown on the menu.

Couldn't pass the first page today and now the site is down with IE message:

Failure of Web Server bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

Same issue here, site down. Bad timing for me. My third attempt in the past year where site has been down. At this point they should be thinking about getting qualified IT assistance. They obviously cannot build the extra-net alone. Nothing wrong with asking for help if you cant do something.

But never help from foreigners.

They can do it on their own wink.png

Down again.

The extra net is still down this morning. Just tried 90 day reporting and reporting for hotels using IE tab and both are not working. Getting the bridge failure message for both.

When I clicked on the 90 report tab, a warning message came up re 'extranet' with a Big Red cross and 'back to safety'.

A discussion of the problem starts at this post on page 91. http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/812263-online-90-day-reporting-available-from-april-1st/page-91?p=10753531#entry10753531

Added the Chrome IE extension, pasted the url and came up with this:

This page can’t be displayed

I've refreshed a few times, and gave up. A neighbour told me he did his online. Maybe it was just one of those magic Thai 'lucky days' ..

Not sure why you are using the Phuhet immigration link for 90 day reporting.

This is the correct link. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online The site is down at this time. You will need to try later.

The address I posted is the one I have saved as a IE tab bookmark that I know works. The one from the link on the Phuket website may work also but no way to test it today since it fails the same way the other one does.

Just bumping:

It's back online.

Checked at 16:06

Yes back on line but I cannot pass the first page after a verified CAPTCHA, I get a message telling me to contact immigration, like before it went down. I did 5 successful reportings before and I did not leave the country since the last one so everything is the same this time. I also tried to fill up only the mandatory fields but still no success. I use IE. A friend of mine is having exactly the same problem. Anybody else having this problem?

Probably a problem connecting to the database where the records are kept. Try again later.

I reported last Monday , I am still in the " pending " stage.

I usually find , if I am not" approved with in 2 or 3 days , I am forgotten about so to speak.

Is there a way I could nudge/remind them , or could I report again ?

There have only been 4 working days since you did the report and yesterday the reporting site was down. Just wait it out for another few days.

I tried just now at 08:00 and it worked all the way. I have a "Pending" status.
