phuketsub Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 Two major events start in Songkhla tomorrow for anyone interested: April 1-5: Hat Yai Motor Show at Prince of Songkhla University. This is a major event with all the major car makers taking part. Expect lots of show-offs, 'pretties' and mind numbing car stereos. Special 'meeting days' for racing car enthusiasts, low riders, 'supercars' and even big bikes. Probably the biggest event of its kind in the South all year, so car nuts should not miss it. The highlight IMHO will be the 'Sexry' [sic] car wash demonstration on the final day, which sounds like code for a wet T-shirt contest to me. April 1-5: Songkhla Cultural Fair @ the Songkhla Provincial Administration Organization grounds, on the road from Kor Yor to the five-way intersection...not far from Songkhla Hospital.
