Where can I buy a fold-able electric scooter that I can put in my car and use in shopping malls. It should not be too heavy

It would help if you said where you live, Fascino in Pattaya have a range of scooters but not much use if you live in Burriram !

Google Luggi scooter I have one folds up and fits in its own suitcase. With battery weights 55 pounds . I travel back and forth to US with mine

Do the airlines make an exception to the general limit of 55 pounds per suitcase for this?
