webfact 78,303
Exhibitionists face expulsion from CambodiaPhnom Penh: - The Phnom Penh Post reported that three more foreign tourists face being kicked out of Cambodia for taking naked photos at the Angkor Archeological Park. Two men, an Italian and Argentinean, and a Dutch woman were arrested yesterday afternoon at Ta Prohm temple by tourism police, according to Long Kosal, a spokesman for the Apsara Authority, which manages the historic complex.Kosal said they have been sent to court for legal action. It is the third time this year visitors to the World Heritage site have been busted for taking nude photos of themselves among the ancient ruins. In February, two American sisters were booted out of the Kingdom for stripping down at the Preah Khan temple, while in January three French travellers arrested at Banteay Kdei temple were deported for “exposure of sexual organs”.Following the spate of incidents, Apsara vowed to boost security at the park.Source: http://englishnews.thaipbs.or.th/exhibitionists-face-expulsion-from-cambodia -- Thai PBS 2015-05-
jollyhangmon 2,222
... well, Cambodian shrooms seem to carry their good reputation for a reason. But yes, certainly they should keep an eye on it, could also be a new trend like that 'spanking' some time ago, a hype even ... no wait, correction, that was 'planking' i believe - however, file it in the category of Dumb & Dumber.Nothing wrong with 'spanking' though ... Shiver 924
How Victorian of them. One day it might become normal to realise that a birthday suit is the way nature suggested. They could treat us all like dogs instead (no taxes, no clothes, no visa etc).

manarak 5,966
not specifically about Cambodia - but it is troubling to think that nowadays people break the law and expose themselves (excuse the pun) to arrest in Greek, Roman and other monuments for re-enacting kinky but peaceful scenes that happened in there in the past. Jeffreyake 87
2015 and people are still uptight about the most natural things , whether it's here in prudish SEA or in the first world. these are FOR YOU "most natural things". How dare you impose your own view to others?! for me, for example, old farang tourists showing there fat old naked bodies look ugly. especially in sacred Buddhist ruins. It's a kind of mental disorder - an obsessive desire to show your sexual organs to public. apes. nothing else to say
