It is a lovely 75sqm 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the 6th floor of a condo less than 10 minute walk from both Ari and Sanam Pao. The flat was refurbished in March and so beds, mattresses and electrical appliances are all new. Large windows allow plenty of light to brighten up the house and it is at the end of a dead end street so is very quiet with no traffic despite it being close to BTS stations. Rent is 26,000THB/month excl. bills(~1,200 each a month; water, electricity and internet) with a 2 month move in deposit. Each room has an AC unit and the ceilings are high making the house look extra spacious with lots of storage space in the kitchen cabinets. The pool is on the top floor where there is sun all day. It is located near a tesco and villa market as well as near great street food stalls in Ari including great vegetarian and vegan options. Landlord is a lovely thai lady who speaks great English and is very responsive and helpful.
