A friend said this....a lawer has heard this..........all speculation as the powers that be are changing their tack on an almost hourly basis. This is ###### important to us all, I enjoy the speculation, but until the true facts are published, that's all it is, speculation, the mods would't know where to start. It's easy enough for the government to come up with all sorts of new rules and regulations but the degree to which they're actually enforced, versus ignored completely, at all the points of contact is a whole other matter.
