patongphil
My daughter is studying at an International School here in Phuket which follows the American Common Core programme. We intend to move back to Australia in a year or 2 so I am interested if anyone has any knowledge of whether she will be ahead or behind in her schooling once we return to Australia? This with the 6 month difference in school start dates between Northern and Southern Hemispheres. She is only 4 now so I am looking at basically Grades 1 and 2 when we return. DavisH
I doubt there will much difference at this young age. High school would be a different matter. And if she's behind at all she will catch it up in a few months. Don't worry about it.
