mjakob007 Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 Has any condo owners in Chiang Mai, who let them out feel the market having dried up in the past 2-3 months? is there demand supply imbalance? or is it drop in tourists heading to CM? or is it just a seasonal glut during June July?
