lostinisaan
Hello and Sawasdee Khrap, I have a grade one student and her name is Prickthai. We do spelling tests from time to time and I thought maybe a little misspelled, but she spells it this way. P-R-I-C-K-T-H-A-I I remember a boy with the name N-A-A-M-P-R-I-C-K, maybe a coincidence? Almost spilled my coffee over the keyboard....

lostinisaan
Tittyporn Yep, got two Titiporns as well. A boy named Fuk, quite a few Porntips, a Milktit, a Sodomit, one Pornpiss, and a few other funny ones. And not to forget Nitwitt.
puchooay
Not forgetting that many pronunciations are lost in the spelling. Pornpiss being a perfect example. There are no Thai words where the symbol for an "s" is pronounced as such when at the end of the word. There are equally many western names that the Thai students would find funny. Suradit69
This thread pretty well sums up the intellectual level and maturity of many foreign teachers in Thailand.

Michael8511
Are you guys serious. You come here to work as teachers and make fun of the students names. This is not a beer bar yoking site. You should be ashamed of your self to sink this low. No wonder the Thai school system don't work with this kind of behavior from teachers. Wonder what you do in the classroom or with the poor kids private?
