george Posted September 23, 2006 Share Posted September 23, 2006 Wissanu says drafting of interim charter nearly complete BANGKOK: -- Former deputy prime minister Wissanu Krea-ngarm said Saturday the drafting of an interim constitution was nearly finished. He was speaking to a seminar held by the Judicial Affairs Office. He said he intended to finish the drafting Saturday but had to leave the meeting of drafters to speak to the seminar.
