mcfish
Just a quick update on the run. Started off by forgetting to set my clock forward but got there OK at 11am. There were only 5 people there but I screwed up. I was positive it was a same day turn around but not the case however after providing my best sad and defeated look the big kahoona agreed to let me go in early tomorrow so I don't miss my train. Visa tourist single 1500 bht In all it took 3 minutes The hotel I stayed at was the mingwood 750bht a night and they also do the visa for you at 2000bht which nearly works out the same as doing it yourself and you don't need to leave your room
wrazoru
H McFish, Did they ask for more than just the passport photo & application form+fee? For example, in KL, they are asking for documents which include: - inward/outward bound flights- Proof of hotel stay for the ENTIRE DURATION OF THE 60 DAYS in Thailand Edited September 18, 2015 by wrazoru

Thanyaburi Mac
McFish "MingWOOD" Hotel, not the Minggood? I stayed at the latter a couple times while on visa runs 20+ years back. They know the business, hand over the Thai application before giving you the hotel registration form. Mac
