But of course it's legal because the system gives you these certain opportunities. I would call it loopholes. Try that in any European country or the US... End of discussion. That's my very personal opinion. 'A perfect example of using a simplistic longstay criteria to adjudicate automatic illegitimacy. Thankfully, only a minority of IOs are so simple-minded.
